About The Position
We are hiring CDL-A drivers for a dedicated regional account with strong weekly pay and consistent miles. This position is for a Family Dollar account where drivers will be responsible for 100% driver unload using gravity-fed rollers. Drivers must be comfortable with the physical demands of unloading and able to handle a physically active delivery position. You can choose your schedule, with options for Monday-Saturday or Sunday-Friday, and you will be home for your 34-hour reset.
Requirements
- CDL-A license.
- 6 months of driving experience within the last 1 year, or 1 year of experience within the last 3 years.
- No felony convictions.
- No misdemeanor convictions.
- No DUI/DWI convictions.
- Acceptable moving violations record.
- Comfortable with 100% driver-unload freight.
- Able to handle a physically active delivery position.
Responsibilities
- Drive regional routes for a dedicated Family Dollar account.
- Perform 100% driver unload using gravity-fed rollers.
- Handle a physically active delivery position.
- Complete driver unload without the use of hand trucks.
