About The Position

CK Transportation is hiring a CDL A driver for a regional truck driving position where established freight corridors, planned dispatch, and regular weekend home time provide structure without requiring drivers to sacrifice steady miles. Drivers operate Monday through Friday across established Northeast lanes. Freight moves throughout Massachusetts, New York, Pennsylvania, Ohio, New Jersey, and surrounding states. Loads are primarily no-touch dry van with frequent drop-and-hook opportunities, helping reduce time spent at customer locations. Dispatch coordinates freight transitions in advance whenever possible so the next move is organized before the current trip is completed. At the end of the workweek, drivers return home for a full 48-hour weekend reset. Repeat freight patterns also give drivers greater familiarity with the operating area instead of sending them through completely different lanes every week.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL.
• At least 21 years old.
• 3 months OTR in the last year, OR 6 months OTR or local experience in the last year, OR 1 year OTR within the past 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Operate Monday through Friday across established Northeast lanes.
• Transport freight throughout Massachusetts, New York, Pennsylvania, Ohio, New Jersey, and surrounding states.
• Handle primarily no-touch dry van loads with frequent drop-and-hook opportunities.
• Return home for a full 48-hour weekend reset.
• Maintain familiarity with operating areas due to repeat freight patterns.

• Weekly Pay – $1,350 to $1,550
