About The Position

Southern Colorado drivers with a year or more behind the wheel are needed for dedicated regional freight out of Pueblo. This position offers big miles and a $5,000 sign-on bonus. The run involves freight from Pueblo, CO to Montana and Idaho and back, with drop and hook operations. Drivers can expect around 2,800 miles per week, with potential to run up to 3,000 miles. The pay is $1,400 to $1,500 on average weekly, paid by the mile. The schedule includes day, night, weekend, and holiday runs, particularly during the peak season from October to January. Drivers will also take 34-hour restarts.

Requirements

• Age 21+
• Valid Class A CDL
• At least 1 year of verifiable tractor-trailer experience
• No more than 2 moving violations in 2 years
• No major preventable accidents in 5 years
• No DUI/DWI in the last 5 to 10 years
• Pass DOT physical plus hair and urine drug testing
• Live within 50 miles of Pueblo, CO

Responsibilities

• Transport freight from Pueblo, CO to Montana and Idaho and back.
• Perform drop and hook operations.
• Complete 34-hour restarts.
• Complete day, night, weekend, and holiday runs, especially during peak season.
