CDL-A Regional Driver – Up to $111K/Year | 34-Hour Reset
About The Position
Drive a dedicated regional dry van account serving the Dollar Tree account from Cowpens, South Carolina. Drivers average approximately 1,100 miles per week and three loads per week, with approximately three stops per load. The delivery territory includes South Carolina, North Carolina, Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee, Kentucky, Virginia, West Virginia, and Ohio. The role includes hand-unloading trailers using rollers; backhauls to the distribution center are primarily no-touch live loads. Drivers are home weekly for a 34-hour reset. Days off are typically Friday night–Saturday or Saturday night–Sunday. Compensation includes mileage pay and stop pay, with average weekly pay of $1,750 (average annualized pay of $91,000) and top weekly pay of up to $2,150 (top annualized pay of up to $111,800). A $1,000 Holiday Start Bonus is also listed. Drivers use top-of-the-line automatic sleeper trucks and 53-foot dry van trailers. Take-home equipment is permitted when safe and secure parking is available.
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL.
- At least 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL experience.
- Comfortable hand-unloading freight using rollers.
- Able to safely secure and park equipment.
- Clean driving record.
- DOT Medical Card.
- SAP drivers are not accepted.
Responsibilities
