About The Position
BB8 Freight is hiring a CDL-A Reefer Driver to haul temperature-controlled freight across regional and national lanes. Drivers earn 28%–30% of load gross revenue, with average gross weekly earnings of $3,000–$4,000 or more. Pay is deposited directly every Friday, and cash advances are available 24/7. The company offers 24/7 dispatch support, clean DOT inspection bonuses, safety performance bonuses, and a driver referral program. Drivers operate well-maintained 2022–2023 units. The schedule provides three weeks on the road followed by four consecutive full days at home, with departure on the fifth day.
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL.
- At least 2 years of verifiable driving experience.
- No more than 3 moving violations in the past 2 years.
- No SAP; a clean Clearinghouse record is required.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate and haul temperature-controlled freight across regional and national lanes.
- Complete thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections to support clean inspections.
- Maintain clear, direct communication with the dedicated dispatcher.
