About The Position
BB8 Freight is hiring a CDL-A Reefer Driver to safely transport temperature-controlled freight across regional and national lanes. The role offers percentage-based compensation of 28%–30% of total load gross revenue, with average gross weekly earnings of $3,000–$4,000 or more. Drivers receive Friday direct deposit, 24/7 dispatch support, and cash advances when needed. The company describes its equipment as well-maintained 2022–2023 units. The schedule is three weeks out followed by four full consecutive days at home, with the driver rolling out on day five. Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL.
- At least 2 years of verifiable driving experience.
- No more than 3 moving violations in the past 2 years.
- No SAP; a clean Clearinghouse record is required.

- Complete thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
