About The Position

We are hiring new CDL-A drivers for an Over-The-Road (OTR) reefer seat. This position offers paid training for new graduates, with a guaranteed pay floor for the first three months of solo driving. Drivers will operate in the East and Midwest regions, with no-touch freight. The role involves driving assigned trucks that are, on average, 1.5 years old and are either automatic or 10-speed. While home time is every two weeks, the schedule includes weekends and holidays. Orientation is brief and compensated.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Possess a Class A CDL.
• Be a new CDL graduate or have at least 6 months of recent experience.
• Have 2 or fewer moving violations in the past 2 years.
• No DUI/DWI in the past 10 years.
• Pass a DOT physical and hair/urine drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Drive assigned truck for OTR routes in the East and Midwest.
• Operate a reefer (refrigerated) trailer.
