About The Position

We are hiring experienced CDL-A drivers for a small mom-and-pop company, a driver-focused regional reefer operation. Drivers enjoy consistent miles, weekly home time, flexible scheduling, and non-forced dispatch. This role primarily operates throughout Michigan, Ohio, and Pennsylvania, with occasional runs into New York, New Jersey, and Delaware. Drivers can expect to run at least 2 loads per week and typically complete 2 trips per week, designed to provide 2,700–3,000 miles weekly.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 2 years of CDL-A experience
• Clean driving record
• Reefer experience preferred
• Reliable and safety-focused drivers

Responsibilities

• Operate Freightliner Cascadia tractors.
• Run regional routes primarily throughout Michigan, Ohio, and Pennsylvania.
• Complete occasional runs into New York, New Jersey, and Delaware.
• Complete at least 2 loads per week.
• Complete typically 2 trips per week to achieve 2,700–3,000 miles weekly.
