About The Position

HMD Trucking is hiring drivers for its dedicated OTR dry van fleet. The company describes a friendly, people-centered work environment and a fleet of more than 500 well-maintained trucks, primarily Peterbilt 579s, as well as Cascadias and Internationals. The trucks are model years 2024–2027. The posting lists pay and sign-on bonuses for several driving options: Dry Van Solo OTR W2 pays 0.65 CPM base plus a 0.10 CPM safety/productivity bonus and a $2,500 sign-on bonus; Dry Van Teams OTR W2 pays 82–87 CPM split, including base pay and bonuses, plus a $10,000 sign-on bonus; Flatbed Solo OTR W2 pays 0.70 CPM base plus 0.10 CPM for drivers ready to make 11,000 or more miles monthly, load pay, and a $5,000 sign-on bonus; Dry Van Solo Regional W2 pays 0.70 CPM base plus a 0.10 CPM safety/productivity bonus, with weekly home time and a $2,500 sign-on bonus; Hazmat/Doubles Teams OTR W2 pays 82–89 CPM split, including base pay, hazmat/doubles pay and bonuses, plus a $10,000 sign-on bonus. Owner operators on OTR runs are offered 75% of load and access to a fuel discount program when 95% service is achieved.
