About The Position

JY Carriers LLC is hiring experienced CDL-A OTR Truck Drivers in Massachusetts. This position offers competitive pay, consistent freight, and the opportunity to earn approximately $2,000–$2,700 per week based on loads and performance. Drivers will be home weekly and will be part of a supportive dispatch team. The role involves safely operating a Class A tractor-trailer over the road, picking up and delivering freight across multiple states, and maintaining accurate records.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• Current DOT Medical Card
• OTR tractor-trailer experience preferred
• Acceptable driving record
• Must meet DOT/FMCSA qualification requirements
• Must pass required drug and alcohol screening
• Comfortable operating 53' dry van equipment
• Reliable, professional, and safety-focused

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer over the road
• Pick up and deliver freight across multiple states
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Maintain accurate ELD logs and required documentation
• Communicate with dispatch regarding pickups, deliveries, ETAs, and delays
• Follow all DOT/FMCSA safety regulations
• Follow customer and facility procedures
• Maintain company equipment in good condition
