About The Position

We are currently hiring CDL-A OTR drivers in the Dallas, TX area. This position offers a $7,500 sign-on bonus and the top 20% of drivers average $1,725 per week. Drivers can expect to average 2,000 miles per week, with 100% no-touch freight, and a mix of drop & hook and live unload. The routes cover all 48 states, primarily east of I-35, with an average haul length of approximately 400 miles. We provide newer equipment, including 2021+ Freightliner Cascadia & Kenworth tractors. Flexible home time is available, with a recommendation of 12 days out and 2 days home. There is no forced NYC dispatch. Additional earning opportunities include experience-based pay, a Drive To Thrive Bonus, detention pay, and layover/breakdown pay. We also have a Driver Trainer opportunity for experienced drivers, offering guaranteed weekly pay while training and additional CPM on miles over 1,875 per week, with potential for significant additional annual income.

Requirements

• CDL-A license
• Over 1 year of OTR experience (for Trainer Opportunity)
• Safe driving record (for Trainer Opportunity)

Nice To Haves

• Experience with no-touch freight.

• Ability to handle flexible home time.

Responsibilities

• Drive OTR routes covering all 48 states, primarily east of I-35.
• Handle 100% no-touch freight.
• Perform drop & hook and live unload operations.
• Maintain an average of 2,000 miles per week.
• Adhere to recommended home time schedule (12 days out / 2 days home).
• Operate newer equipment (2021+ Freightliner Cascadia & Kenworth tractors).
• Participate in the Driver Trainer program if experienced, training new drivers.
