About The Position

We are hiring experienced CDL-A drivers for a solo OTR dry van seat. Drivers average $1,525 a week on about 2,000 miles, with a $7,500 sign-on bonus. This position addresses common frustrations drivers face, such as waiting on docks, truck maintenance issues, inconsistent miles, and unpredictable pay. We offer drop and hook loads, no-touch freight, and detention pay. Assigned trucks are 2023 or newer, automatic, with double bunks and a 1,250-watt inverter, and can be taken home on days off. Drivers average about 2,000 miles a week across all 48 states, primarily east of I-35, with no forced NYC routes. Mileage rates increase with experience, and loyalty pay adds 3-6 cents per mile after one year. Additional bonuses include a monthly bonus for safe and productive driving, yearly raises, and a per diem program. Layover and breakdown pay is $100 a day, and short hauls have a $100-$200 minimum. Onboard cameras face the road only. A $7,500 sign-on bonus is offered.

Requirements

• Class A CDL
• At least 21 years of age
• Minimum of 3 months of tractor-trailer experience in the last 36 months
• No more than 2 moving violations in the past 2 years
• No DUI/DWI in the past 10 years
• Must pass a DOT physical, hair, and urine drug screen

Responsibilities

• Operate a Class A CDL tractor-trailer for OTR dry van routes.
• Complete approximately 2,000 miles per week, primarily east of I-35.
• Handle drop and hook loads (approx. 85%) and no-touch freight (approx. 99%).
• Adhere to a schedule of 10-14 days out, followed by 2 days home.
• Maintain safe driving practices to be eligible for bonuses.
• Complete required DOT physical and drug screening.
