About The Position

Reliable no-touch freight and route familiarity give Memphis-area CDL-A truck drivers a consistent regional position with longer average hauls and scheduled time at home. Drivers run multi-state dry van freight with most loads requiring no freight handling. Average trips of 700–750 miles help build productive weeks while a repeating 12-day schedule provides a clear home-time routine. This fleet operates across the Southeast and neighboring states with established freight lanes connecting regular customer locations. Instead of depending on short runs to build mileage, drivers average 700–750 miles per haul. The majority of freight is drop-and-hook. Some customer locations require live unloading, but the freight remains no-touch for the driver. Load assignments are coordinated to help maintain steady movement throughout the regional network. Drivers spend 12 days on the road before returning home for a full 48-hour reset every other weekend. This repeating schedule provides a defined home-time pattern while still allowing enough time on the road to maintain consistent regional mileage. When safe parking is available, the assigned tractor can be taken home during the reset. Approved parking locations may also be used when needed.

Requirements

Valid Class A CDL
Minimum 3 months of recent tractor-trailer driving experience
Acceptable driving and safety record
Ability to meet DOT qualification and company safety requirements

Responsibilities

Run multi-state dry van freight.
Handle loads requiring no freight handling.
Average 700-750 miles per haul.
Operate 2021 or newer Freightliner and Kenworth tractors with automatic transmissions.
Utilize APUs, inverters, refrigerator space, and TV and microwave mounts.
Participate in rider and pet programs (if approved).
Communicate with dispatch for freight and routing needs.
Communicate with maintenance teams for equipment concerns.
