Drivers based in Little Rock run established regional lanes with organized load planning, dependable freight movement, and a schedule designed to remain consistent from one work cycle to the next. The operation focuses on maintaining consistent freight flow and keeping drivers productive throughout the week. Drivers operate a structured 12-day schedule followed by a guaranteed 48-hour reset every other weekend. Organized dispatch planning helps create a predictable routine while supporting dependable mileage opportunities across regional lanes. Drivers benefit from a schedule that remains organized and consistent from one dispatch cycle to the next.
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL required
- Minimum 3 months recent tractor-trailer experience required

Responsibilities
- Operate regional dry van freight.
- Manage drop-and-hook loads and limited live unload loads.
- Adhere to a structured 12-day schedule with a 48-hour reset every other weekend.
- Maintain communication with dispatch and maintenance support teams.
- Ensure safe parking during resets if taking assigned trucks home.
