About The Position

We are seeking experienced CDL-A truck drivers for a no-touch dry van position. Drivers will benefit from consistent freight flow and longer average lengths of haul, supporting productive miles while providing weekly home time throughout the lower 48 states. This role offers competitive weekly pay, detention and layover pay, and access to modern equipment. A comprehensive orientation program is provided, along with excellent benefits including health coverage and 401(k) with company matching.

Requirements

• Valid CDL-A tractor-trailer license
• 3 months of experience within the last 12 months or 12 months of experience within the last 3 years
• Dry van or reefer experience preferred
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Valid medical card (reimbursement available if expired)

Responsibilities

• Operate a CDL-A tractor-trailer
• Transport 100% no-touch dry van freight
• Complete 50-60% drop and hook freight
• Perform 40-50% live unload freight
• Maintain consistent freight flow and longer average lengths of haul
• Adhere to weekly home time schedule
• Utilize dispatch support available 24 hours per day
• Take assigned equipment home when approved
• Utilize Love's, Pilot, and Flying J fuel network
