About The Position

This position offers straightforward no-touch freight and predictable scheduling for CDL-A truck drivers. Drivers based in Memphis run established regional lanes with dependable freight flow, organized load planning, and steady weekly miles designed to keep trucks moving efficiently throughout each work cycle. The operation features no-touch regional dry van freight, primarily drop-and-hook loads with average haul lengths of 700–750 miles. Drivers operate automatic Freightliner and Kenworth trucks and have access to a rider and pet program after approval. The regional freight drivers operate throughout established regional lanes with a strong mix of drop-and-hook freight and limited live unload loads depending on the customer. Freight is planned in advance to support consistent weekly movement while helping reduce downtime between assignments. The operation is designed to keep drivers productive without unnecessary delays or frequent scheduling disruptions. Drivers run a structured 12-day schedule followed by a guaranteed 48-hour reset every other weekend. Organized dispatch planning helps create a dependable work routine while maintaining steady mileage opportunities across regional freight lanes. Drivers benefit from a schedule that remains consistent from one dispatch cycle to the next. Drivers operate 2021 or newer Freightliner and Kenworth tractors equipped with automatic transmissions, APUs, inverters, refrigerator space, and TV/microwave mounts. Trucks are maintained through regular preventive maintenance scheduling to help reduce downtime and improve reliability on the road. Additional detention compensation is available during qualifying delays. Weekly pay is processed consistently. Drivers may take assigned trucks home during resets where safe parking is available or use approved parking locations when needed. Dispatch and maintenance support teams remain available throughout each trip to assist with routing, load planning, and equipment coordination.
