CDL-A No-Touch Driver
About The Position
Flint Logistics is hiring CDL-A truck drivers for an easier no-touch freight role with a predictable weekly schedule and consistent home time. Drivers will earn between $1,550 to $1,650 per week, running dry van freight across the lower 48 states. This is a full-time position with year-round freight availability, offering paid orientation, travel, and hotel expenses. Drivers will be assigned a truck after orientation and routed home to collect their belongings. The company emphasizes consistent freight, dependable communication, and reliable home time, supported by a responsive team and a work environment built on respect and professionalism.
Requirements
- CDL-A license
- 3 months of experience in the last 12 months or 12 months of experience in the last 3 years
- Dry Van or Reefer experience
- Tractor Trailer experience

- Flatbed experience

Responsibilities
- Operate primarily on dry van freight.
- Cover the lower 48 states with weekly home time.
- Work with dispatch teams to coordinate route timing, load planning, and weekly scheduling.
- Maintain organized load timing and reliable scheduling.
- Ensure steady freight movement with loads planned in advance to reduce downtime and support consistent weekly miles.
