About The Position

HWY Express is hiring CDL-A truck drivers for a no-touch freight opportunity. This position allows drivers to stay focused on driving with fewer interruptions. The company utilizes late-model Freightliner or Kenworth trucks (2021 or newer) designed for long-haul comfort and reliability. Dispatch provides consistent load availability to keep drivers moving, minimizing downtime and supporting a steady flow of miles throughout the week. The run is primarily east of I-35, with no NYC routes. HWY Express aims to be distinct from typical mega-trucking companies, focusing on clear communication, reliable routes, and a supportive work environment that helps drivers balance time on the road with time at home.

Requirements

• Valid CDL-A license.
• At least 3 months of experience within the last 36 months (regional or local experience accepted).
• No-touch freight.

Responsibilities

• Operate late-model Freightliner or Kenworth equipment.
• Run primarily east of I-35 with no NYC routes.
• Maintain focus on driving with no-touch freight.
• Accept consistent dispatch support and established freight lanes.
