About The Position

C3 Trucking is seeking CDL A Local Drivers for an Intermodal Account. Drivers will be home daily and work Monday through Friday with a start time of 1:00 PM. This is a 100% no-touch freight position. New drivers will start at $0.48 CPM, with a $0.01 CPM increase annually up to $0.55 CPM. Drivers will be paid for all hub miles (loaded/empty) and receive additional pay for live loads, drop and hook at customers, Hazmat loads, Refrigerated loads, empty moves, crosstown drops, rail delays, and wait times. Ramp specific training will be provided after orientation, lasting at least 5 full days, with a training pay of $250 per day. Hazmat endorsement is required within 90 days of hire, with reimbursement provided by the account upon submission of paperwork. Drivers will travel to Chicago rail yards daily. There is a potential option to transfer to a more desirable shift after 6 months. The average weekly pay is $1500, and a $5000 sign-on bonus is offered.

Requirements

• Valid CDL A license.
• 3 months of experience with a 53-foot trailer.
• Clean MVR.
• Clean background.
• No SAP drivers.
• Must be able to pass a hair and urine drug test.
• Must live within 35 miles of Racine, WI.

Nice To Haves

• Hazmat endorsement (required within 90 days of hire).
