About The Position

Join a dedicated Kroger operation based in Aurora, Colorado, delivering to King Soopers grocery stores throughout Colorado and Cheyenne, Wyoming. The role offers consistent grocery delivery routes, daily home time, and compensation based on pay per mile with a safe and on-time mileage bonus. Average weekly pay is $1,625, with top weekly pay of $1,650. Average annual earnings are $84,500, with top annualized earnings of $85,800. A $1,000 Holiday Start Bonus is offered. Drivers work six days followed by two days off on a 24/7 operating schedule, with night, evening, and early morning shifts. Occasional overnight runs may occur during surge periods, and short mountain routes may be assigned while maintaining daily home time. Routes average approximately 1,700 miles per week, with one to three loads daily and approximately 13 stops weekly. Deliveries include live unload and drop-hook work, with no-touch freight. Drivers use top-of-the-line day cab trucks with automatic transmissions; trucks must remain parked at the Kroger facility.

Requirements

Valid Class A CDL.
At least 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL experience.
No SAP drivers.
Clean driving record.
DOT Medical card.
Ability to work weekends.
Reliable and safety-focused.

Responsibilities

Deliver groceries to King Soopers stores throughout Colorado and Cheyenne, Wyoming.
Complete approximately one to three loads daily and approximately 13 stops weekly.
Handle live unload and drop-hook deliveries.
Work the assigned six-days-on, two-days-off schedule, including weekend work.
Keep the truck parked at the Kroger facility.
