CDL-A Local Intermodal Driver – Great Pay | Home Daily
About The Position
Earn approximately $76,000 per year on a dedicated local building materials account with daily home time, online orientation, and a $10,000 bonus. Deliver concrete, fiber, and siding throughout Washington and Oregon while averaging 1,800 miles per week. This role involves dedicated building materials freight, with deliveries to local lumber yards. Pickups of raw materials in Halsey, OR occur 2-3 times per week, with an option to increase to 5 pickups. Live unloads at customer locations require securing loads with straps and tarps as needed. Training is provided for curtain-side and flatbed trailers. An assigned automatic daycab is provided, and the truck remains at the account during time off. Online orientation is available.
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL experience
- Clean driving record
- DOT Medical Card
- No SAP Drivers
- Willing and able to chain as weather dictates
- Steel-toe boots required
- Comfortable securing and tarping freight
- Hard hat, safety glasses, and reflective vest required
Nice To Haves
- Flatbed experience preferred
Responsibilities
