About The Position
Join a dedicated local intermodal operation based in Edwardsville, Kansas. Haul containers throughout Kansas and Missouri using intermodal equipment. The work includes a mix of drop-and-hook, live-load, and live-unload moves. Freight is no-touch, and drivers are home daily. The position has a night shift and a consistent Sunday–Thursday schedule, with additional work as needed. Reported weekly pay is $1,000–$1,200, and a $3,000 sign-on bonus is paid in installments. Weather and local traffic may affect routes and schedules.
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL.
- At least 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL experience.
- Experienced first-seat driver.
- Clean driving record.
- Valid DOT Medical Card.
- No SAP drivers.
- Ability to safely operate intermodal equipment and work around containers and chassis.
- Ability to work nights and the assigned Sunday–Thursday schedule.
