About The Position

Universal Intermodal services all major U.S. ports and intermodal rail ramps, providing door-to-door drayage for imports, exports, and domestic freight. We are currently seeking Home Daily CDL-A Drivers out of our Newark, NJ terminal.

Requirements

• Class A CDL required
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• 6 months verifiable tractor-trailer experience in the last year

Nice To Haves

• Port experience preferred but not required
• TWIC card preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide door-to-door drayage for imports, exports, and domestic freight.
• Operate within major U.S. ports and intermodal rail ramps.
• Adhere to a Monday-Friday schedule with optional Saturdays.
• Work day shifts with start times between 5-7 AM, working 10-12 hour days.
• Complete the Intelli-App in Tenstreet to be considered for the position.
