About The Position
Starting in Chicago, IL, drivers haul auto parts in dry van trailers on a dedicated local account. Earn an average of $80,000 per year, with daily home time, overnight routes, and a $5,000 sign-on bonus. This dedicated local auto parts account involves dry van deliveries with multi-stop routes and shuttle runs. Drivers will unload at each stop using a liftgate and electric pallet jack. A hazmat endorsement is required.
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 9 months of tractor-trailer experience within the past 3 years
- Must be at least 22 years old
- No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years, subject to restrictions
- No more than 1 DOT-recordable preventable accident in the past 3 years
- Valid DOT Medical Card
- No SAP drivers
- Must meet federal English-language proficiency requirements
- Must create an FMCSA Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse profile before hire
- Must have the required hazmat endorsement
