CDL-A Dry Van Driver
About The Position
This position features 100% no-touch dry van freight with the majority of loads handled as drop-and-hook. Dispatch planning is designed to keep freight moving efficiently while minimizing unnecessary downtime between deliveries. Established customer freight and familiar operating lanes help drivers build confidence with recurring routes while maintaining productive weekly mileage. The company utilizes automatic Freightliner, Volvo, and Peterbilt tractors built for dependable operation and driver comfort. Well-maintained equipment supports reliable performance throughout regional and long-haul assignments.
Requirements
- CDL-A license
- 6 months of experience within the last 24 months, or 1 year of experience within the last 36 months
- Automatic transmission experience
Responsibilities
- Operate automatic Freightliner, Volvo, and Peterbilt tractors.
- Handle 100% no-touch dry van freight, primarily drop and hook.
- Maintain productive weekly mileage within an established freight network.
- Communicate with reliable dispatch support.
