Rouse Trucking is hiring CDL-A truck drivers for practical dry van routes, dependable freight flow, and weekly home time designed to keep regional operations organized and provide a consistent weekly schedule. You'll be assigned your own late-model Peterbilt with driver comfort features designed to provide a consistent driving experience. Equipment is maintained on schedule to help reduce downtime and keep regional freight moving. Dispatch planning supports dependable route flow and organized scheduling for drivers operating dry van freight throughout the region. When you start, you'll receive transition pay during your first few weeks while getting familiar with routes, scheduling flow, and dispatch operations. We know it takes time to settle into a new operation, and the transition period is designed to help drivers stay productive while learning the lanes and freight patterns. Orientation covers what you need to know for our CDL-A truck drivers. We cover your hotel, travel expenses, and meals.
