About The Position

Easier dry van freight and strong weekly miles give CDL-A truck drivers a western regional setup with pay of $1,600 to $2,000 per week and scheduled home time. You will be out for 7–8 days, then home for 48 hours, running 2,800 to 3,200 miles per week. Drivers must live within 50 miles of the hiring area. Home time longer than two days may require slip seating. Haul general dry van freight across western lanes, including California depending on freight. Drivers may run outside the indicated route depending on freight and customer demand.

Requirements

Class A CDL license
Valid Medical DOT Card
6 months of regional or OTR tractor-trailer experience in the last 12 months
Live within 50 miles of the hiring area (Salt Lake City, UT 84101)

100% no-touch dry van freight
Drop and hook for most loads
Some live load/unload
Run western regional lanes
Drive an International ProStar with APU, inverters in most trucks, aerodynamic wheels, and bobtail skirts.
