CDL-A Dry Van Driver

American Trucking Group USAMinneapolis, MN
Onsite

About The Position

Steady dry van freight demand, consistent weekly scheduling, and assigned equipment with no slip seating are provided for CDL-A truck drivers in this regional setup. This role offers regular freight, weekly home time, and mostly drop-and-hook, no-touch dry van freight, which helps limit time spent waiting at customer locations and supports a more productive workweek. Drivers can expect to earn between $1,400 to $1,550 per week, with regional schedules typically keeping drivers out for 5–7 days before returning home each week. Additional earnings include layover pay, stop pay, and annual safety bonus opportunities. The fleet consists of International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks equipped with 10-speed manual transmissions, 1,500-watt inverters, and Opti-idle systems. Drivers will have an assigned truck from week to week with a take-home option and secure parking. The route involves hauling general dry van freight through established regional lanes, with a freight mix that is mostly drop-and-hook and entirely no-touch. Drivers receive EZ Pass and toll cards, Comm Data fuel cards, and 24-hour dispatch support. A rider program is available after 30 days and follows seasonal guidelines.
