About The Position
Solo drivers for a local lane. This lane has 2-3 stops with possible back hauls for a total of 1,700 miles per week operating in CA and NV. Shifts start between 15:00 – 21:00. Drivers will be home 2 consecutive days!! It is not guaranteed that it will be Saturday and Sunday; it might be Monday/Tuesday or Wednesday/Thursday or Thursday/Friday. No touch freight.
Requirements
- Must have a clean driving record with NO more than 2 accidents OR violations within the last 3 years.
- Verifiable and recent trailer driving experience with a good record employment and driving according to the type of driver, either experienced or graduate.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Must possess a valid CDL-A license.
- Must possess a current DOT medical card.
- Must be able to pass a drug test.
- SAP candidates are not accepted.
Responsibilities
- Operate a commercial vehicle on a local lane.
- Complete 2-3 stops per run.
- Perform possible back hauls.
- Drive approximately 1,700 miles per week.
- Operate within CA and NV.
- Adhere to a no-touch freight policy.
