About The Position
Local solo driver for a local lane, part of the best day cab local fleet for Target stores. This position offers no-touch freight and hook & drop loads, with approximately 1,400 miles per week on set lanes. The lane operates on various locations through Southern CA and Las Vegas, NV. Start times are between 14:00 and 17:00. This is a 6-day work week, including weekends, with 10-12 work hours per day.
Requirements
- Must have personal transportation.
- Must pass a drug test.
- Minimum 21 years old.
- Valid Class A CDL.
- Current DOT medical card.
- Verifiable and recent trailer driving experience.
- Good employment record.
- Clean driving record with no more than 2 accidents or violations within the last 3 years.
- Drug-free status required (SAP candidates are NOT accepted).
Responsibilities
- Operate a commercial vehicle on set lanes through Southern CA and Las Vegas, NV.
- Handle no-touch freight and hook & drop loads.
- Adhere to a 6-day work week schedule with 10-12 hour work days.
- Maintain a clean driving record and drug-free status.
