About The Position

Aurora drivers: a dedicated beverage and packaging account with its own planning team and driver leaders. New CDL holders welcome. This account offers steady freight from production loads that always need to move, with home time every 2 weeks. Drivers can expect to earn $1,000 to $1,800 average weekly gross, with top earners making up to $2,200. The starting pay is $0.50 per mile, with a $1,000 weekly guaranteed pay for the first 3 months after the first solo dispatch. Additional pay includes $15 per stop and a performance bonus.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid Class A CDL.
• New CDL holders must have 120+ hours from an accredited CDL school.
• Experienced drivers need 6 months OTR in the last 12 months, or 12+ months in the past 5 years.
• Valid license in current state of residence.
• Verifiable work history for the past 3 years.
• No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years.
• No major preventable accidents in the last 5 years.
• No DUI/DWI in the past 5 to 10 years.
• Must pass hair and urine drug testing.
• Live within 100 miles of Denver, CO.

• Experienced drivers can have riders and pets from day one.
• New drivers can have riders and pets after training.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Class A CDL vehicle for a dedicated beverage and packaging account.
• Transport production loads that need to move.
• Adhere to home time schedule of every 2 weeks.
• Participate in paid on-the-road training.
• Accept stop pay and performance bonuses.
