About The Position

This is a local fleet feel on a regional paycheck: dedicated grocery runs to stores in New Mexico, Colorado, and Texas, and home every week for your reset. Drivers stay home weekly with a 34-hour reset at home. This role involves dedicated freight for store deliveries within the same region and lanes. Short load pay is an additional $30 for loads under 100 miles. Refrigerated trailer experience is preferred but not required, as training is provided.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid Class A CDL.
• Trainees welcome, no prior experience needed: just a valid Class A CDL and 120+ hours of CDL training.
• Experienced drivers: 6 months OTR in the last 12 months, or 12+ months in the past 5 years.
• Valid license in your current state of residence.
• Verifiable work history for the past 3 years.
• No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years.
• No major preventable accidents in the last 5 years.
• No DUI/DWI in the past 5 to 10 years.
• Must pass hair and urine drug testing.

• Refrigerated trailer experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform dedicated grocery runs to stores in New Mexico, Colorado, and Texas.
• Complete a 34-hour reset at home every week.
• Deliver to stores within the same region and lanes.
• Accept short load pay for loads under 100 miles.
• Undergo training for refrigerated trailer experience if not already possessed.
• Drive at night and work rotating day and night shifts.
• Work holidays, including Thanksgiving and Christmas.
• Receive weekly training pay while learning with a trainer if a new CDL holder.
