About The Position
Drive dedicated Walmart store-delivery routes from Casa Grande, Arizona, within a 225-mile radius. The role involves an average of 8–15 loads per week, typically with 3–4 stops per load. Freight is no-touch, with live unloading. Drivers operate automatic-transmission day-cab trucks in a slip-seat setup; trucks cannot be taken home, and reliable transportation to the distribution center is required. Drivers are home daily and must be willing to work any shift, including weekends. Average earnings are $1,200 per week ($62,400 annualized), with top drivers earning up to $1,400 per week ($72,800 annualized). Compensation includes mileage band pay, stop pay, and detention pay.
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL.
- At least 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL experience.
- Clean driving record.
- DOT Medical card.
- Able to work weekends.
- Reliable and safety-focused.
- Reliable transportation for daily commuting to the distribution center.
- Drivers with SAP status are not eligible.
Responsibilities
- Deliver freight to Walmart stores on dedicated routes within a 225-mile radius of Casa Grande, Arizona.
