About The Position

We are seeking experienced CDL-A drivers who are looking for steady miles, reliable freight, and the opportunity to increase their earnings. This position offers flexibility in how you run, whether solo or as a trainer, with a straightforward pay structure. We provide late-model, well-maintained trucks and consistent dry van freight, primarily in the Southeast, Midwest, and South regions, with no Northeast routes. Drivers can expect typical runs of 10-12 days out with flexible home time options. This is an ideal opportunity for drivers seeking a stable and profitable driving career.

Requirements

• Valid CDL-A
• Minimum 3 months of experience
• Clean driving record
• No SAP (Safety and Accountability Program) violations

Responsibilities

• Run solo with steady miles and preplanned freight.
• Step into a trainer role with a higher pay structure.
• Earn on both your miles and trainee miles.
• Drive dry van freight.
• Operate a late-model automatic sleeper truck.
• Manage ELD system.
• Adhere to flexible home time based on driver goals.
• Complete typical runs of 10-12 days out.
