Starting mileage pay is $0.49 per mile, increasing to $0.60 per mile at three years. Average weekly pay is $1,100–$1,300. Extra-stop pay is $10 for the first extra stop and $15 for each subsequent stop. Performance and safety bonuses are available, as is $300 orientation pay. Medical, dental, and vision coverage begin after 30 days. Additional offerings include a 401(k), stock purchase program, free online college for the driver and one dependent, and pets and riders after training.
