The CDL-A Driver is responsible for safely transporting primarily refrigerated freight across assigned over-the-road routes while maintaining full compliance with DOT regulations and company safety standards. Requirements

Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A).
Minimum three months of verifiable Class A driving experience.
Safe driving record with commitment to DOT compliance.
Ability to operate over-the-road routes.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Stable employment history.
U.S.-based citizens only. No exceptions.
Must currently reside within 100 miles of Stockton, California, or be willing to relocate before employment.
Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

Safely transport freight over assigned interstate routes.
Operate commercial vehicles in accordance with DOT regulations.
Perform detailed pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections.
Maintain accurate electronic logs and transportation documentation.
Practice safe defensive driving techniques at all times.
Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding deliveries and route updates.
Represent the company professionally during customer interactions.
Haul primarily refrigerated no-touch freight.
Operate late-model Freightliner tractors (three years old or newer).
Pull modern 53-foot trailers equipped with automatic transmissions.
Complete scheduled over-the-road assignments lasting approximately two to three weeks.
Maintain cargo security and freight integrity.
Deliver shipments safely while meeting scheduled delivery commitments.
