About The Position
HireNow Staffing is actively recruiting seasoned, highly skilled CDL-A Drivers to join one of our valued client partners. The CDL-A Driver will support over-the-road transportation operations by safely transporting primarily refrigerated, no-touch freight while maintaining exceptional customer service and full compliance with DOT regulations. Drivers will operate late-model Freightliner tractors equipped with automatic transmissions while ensuring safe, efficient, and on-time deliveries.
Requirements
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A).
- Minimum three months of verifiable CDL-A driving experience.
- Safe driving history with a strong commitment to DOT compliance.
- Ability to support extended over-the-road assignments.
- Strong communication and time-management skills.
- Stable employment history.
- U.S.-based citizens only. No exceptions.
- Must currently reside in, or be willing to relocate to, Missouri.
- Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities
- Safely transport freight while maintaining scheduled delivery commitments.
- Operate over-the-road routes while complying with all DOT regulations.
- Perform comprehensive pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
- Maintain accurate electronic logs and transportation documentation.
- Follow company safety policies and transportation procedures.
- Communicate professionally with dispatch and operations personnel.
- Represent the company with professionalism during customer interactions.
- Transport primarily refrigerated no-touch freight.
- Operate Freightliner tractors that are three years old or newer.
- Pull modern 53-foot trailers equipped with automatic transmissions.
- Complete over-the-road assignments lasting approximately two to three weeks.
- Protect cargo while maintaining delivery schedules.
- Deliver freight safely, efficiently, and professionally.
