About The Position

LIDL is hiring a local CDL-A Driver based in Perryville, Maryland. The role pays an average of $1,930 per week, with top weekly pay of $2,570; average annual pay is $100,535, with top annual pay of $133,647. Compensation includes mileage pay, availability pay, stop pay, and a Safe & On-Time Bonus. A $1,000 Holiday Start Bonus is offered. The operation runs seven days a week. Drivers are home daily, with start times between 6:00 PM and 1:00 AM and no fixed days off. The position involves approximately 1,600 miles and 10–20 stops per week, delivering throughout Pennsylvania, New York (including Staten Island and Long Island), and New Jersey. Drivers load and unload freight using an electric pallet jack. Trucks cannot be taken home, so reliable daily transportation to the facility is required.

Requirements

Hold a valid Class A CDL.
Have at least 3 months of verifiable CDL-A experience.
Have a clean driving record and valid DOT Medical Card.
Not be an SAP driver.
Be able to lift or pull up to 75 lbs.
Have reliable transportation to the facility.

Responsibilities

Deliver freight throughout Pennsylvania, New York (including Staten Island and Long Island), and New Jersey.
Load and unload freight using an electric pallet jack.
Drive approximately 1,600 miles and make 10–20 stops per week.
