About The Position

Wolverine Trucking is seeking experienced CDL A Drivers for a local route in Buffalo, NY. This position offers the opportunity to be home after every shift, with a steady, year-round workload transporting bulk sand to various locations for both internal and external customers. The available schedule is a night shift, from 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.

Requirements

• Commercial driver's license (Class A) is mandatory.
• Minimum one-year truck driving experience under CDL A license preferred.
• Experience with sand box hauling is preferred.
• Ability to drive tractor-trailer on multiple routes.
• Must be able to perform routine inspection of the vehicle.
• Acceptable drivers abstract.
• Ability to handle physical workload.
• Strong work ethic.
• Communicate effectively.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check, physical, and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a tractor-trailer truck.
