About The Position
Walmart is hiring a CDL-A Grocery Driver for a dedicated regional grocery delivery fleet based in Moberly, Missouri. The position pays $1,400 weekly, with mileage pay of $0.49–$0.61 per mile depending on experience, stop pay, a weekend mileage differential for qualifying work, and an available driver performance bonus program. Home time may be daily or weekly, depending on routes and dispatch needs. Drivers operate night shifts and may work weekends on a 24/7 schedule. Routes are regional round trips across Missouri, Iowa, Illinois, and Kansas, with daily dispatch. Freight consists of no-touch grocery deliveries using refrigerated trailers. Operations may involve drop-and-hook, live loads, live unloads, and preloaded trailers; stores unload the trailers, and drivers do not receive unload pay. Thanksgiving and Christmas are off. The job includes 24/7 dispatch support, an on-site shop, and limited on-site parking. Applicants should live within approximately 50 miles of a listed hiring area.
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL.
- Clean driving record.
- Valid DOT Medical Card.
- No SAP drivers.
- Ability to work night shifts and weekends as scheduled.
- Good communication with dispatch and flexibility with regional routes.

Responsibilities
- Drive regional round-trip grocery delivery routes across Missouri, Iowa, Illinois, and Kansas.
- Operate refrigerated trailers and deliver no-touch grocery freight.
- Work night shifts and weekends as scheduled.
- Coordinate with dispatch and adapt to regional routes and dispatch needs.
- Complete routes that may involve drop-and-hook, live loads, live unloads, or preloaded trailers.
Benefits
- $1,400 weekly pay.

- Stop pay of $10 for the first stop and $15 for each additional stop.
- Additional $0.03 CPM for qualifying weekend work from Friday at 5:00 PM through Monday at 4:00 AM.
