About The Position

R+L Carriers has an immediate opportunity for a Yard Jockey Combo at its Chicago, Illinois Service Center. The role involves unloading and loading trailers and hostling trailers on the yard. The position pays $33.66 per hour and is full-time, Monday through Friday, with various shifts.

Paid sick leave is available after the first 30 calendar days of employment, and paid leave is available after the first 90 calendar days. Requirements

• CDL-A certification.
• Ability to bend, lift, and stoop without difficulty.
• Ability to read manifests.
• Ability to read and interact with a computer display.

Nice To Haves

• Previous forklift experience in a fast-paced LTL environment preferred.
• Previous yard hostling experience in a fast-paced environment highly preferred.
