About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and driven Truck Driver Recruiter to join our team and work from home. This is an immediate start position with truly uncapped earning potential. As a recruiter, you will be responsible for finding and hiring qualified CDL-A drivers. You will have access to our ATS with driver hot leads to call on daily, and full back office support. You set your own schedule and hours.

Requirements

• Experience or general knowledge in Trucking, Transportation, or Logistics a huge plus!

Responsibilities

• Recruit qualified CDL-A drivers.
• Utilize ATS and hot leads to identify potential candidates.
• Build relationships with drivers.
• Manage candidate communication and onboarding process.
