About The Position

The CDL-A Driver Merchandiser’s primary function is to deliver products and provide exceptional service to our small store accounts. This position is responsible for merchandising shelves, racks and displays to company standards.

Requirements

Class A CDL (with no restrictions such as automatic transmission only).
1-3 years of general work experience.
Ability to repetitively lift, pull, bend, stoop squat, push/ pull up to 50 lbs.
Work with minimal supervision; be a self-starter, team player and motivated to learn.
Be reliable, honest & trustworthy.
Excellent planning and organizational skills.
Valid driver’s license and excellent driving record are required.

Nice To Haves

High School diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

Safely and correctly operate up to a 53 ft Class-A DOT company vehicle under all types of circumstances, including intercity travel and maneuvering & backing in the close confines of customer facilities.
Deliver, rotate and merchandise products on shelves, displays and in various types of cold equipment.
Maintain inventory in customer’s stockroom in an organized manner.
Keep coolers, racks and shelves clean.
Ensure accurate accounting of all products and customer transactions.
Collect any breakage or out-of-date products.
Work outdoors in the elements (high/low temperatures, rain, sleet, snow etc.).
Perform other duties as assigned.
