About The Position

RODAL TECHNOLOGIES is seeking experienced CDL-A drivers to join our team as Driver Mentors. In this role, you will train and mentor new CDL-A drivers, providing them with the skills and knowledge to succeed. You will be responsible for consistent miles with priority dispatch and will participate in a structured program with clear expectations. Requirements

• Class A CDL
• Minimum 3+ months tractor-trailer experience
• Eligible to train drivers
• Willing to run OTR

Responsibilities

• Train and mentor new CDL-A drivers
• Provide guidance and support to new drivers throughout their training period
• Ensure new drivers adhere to company policies and safety regulations
• Operate a tractor-trailer on OTR runs
• Manage consistent miles with priority dispatch
• Participate in a structured mentor program with clear expectations
• Complete paid training program for mentors

Benefits

• Weekly earnings $2,000 – $3,000+
• Paid on all miles the truck runs (your miles + student miles)
• Base CPM + $0.10 CPM mentor pay
• $0.04 CPM productivity bonus
• $500 bonus at 10K safe miles (per student)
• $300 bonus at 20K safe miles (per student)
• Structured mentor program (approx. 10–11 days)
• Option to run solo between students
• Paid training program ($850 completion pay)
• Extra bonuses for first student pickup and dispatch
