Requirements

• 2+ years of CDL A driving experience, including experience operating a manual-transmission tractor.
• Hold a valid CDL A and be able to meet DOT physical, drug testing, and driving record requirements.
• Prepared to lift up to 50 lbs., push or pull up to 100 lbs., climb ladders, and perform active construction work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Comfortable using a smartphone and required mobile apps for the job.
• Reliable, safety-minded, adaptable, and ready to take ownership of your work while helping the crew get the job done.
• 2+ years of CDL A driving experience
• Experience operating a manual-transmission tractor
• Valid CDL-A license

Nice To Haves

• Residential or commercial construction experience is preferred, with concrete, flatbed hauling, or crane hand signal experience especially helpful.

Responsibilities

• Operate a manual-transmission tractor safely and in compliance with DOT rules and regulations.
• Secure precast wall panels to flatbed trailers using chains and straps, then unsecure loads safely at jobsites.
• Deliver precast concrete products from our Ephrata yard to jobsites throughout the region.
• Rig wall panels to the crane and support the crew throughout the installation process.
• Stage trailers for crane access and help jockey trailers and equipment as needed onsite.
• Complete pre-trip inspections, maintain required DOT and fuel logs, and inspect and maintain equipment.
• Assist with hands-on foundation installation work when needed, including opportunities to earn premium pay.
