CDL-A Dedicated Regional Driver – $1,750 Weekly | Cowpens, SC
About The Position
This is a full-time dedicated retail driving position hauling freight for DOLLAR TREE from the Cowpens, South Carolina distribution center. Delivery areas include South Carolina, North Carolina, Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee, Kentucky, Virginia, West Virginia, and Ohio. Drivers average approximately three loads per week, with about three stops per load, and approximately 1,100 miles per week. Trailers are hand-unloaded using rollers. Backhaul loads to the distribution center are typically no-touch live loads. Average weekly pay is $1,750, with mileage pay and stop pay, and a $1,000 holiday start bonus is offered. The position provides a weekly 34-hour reset. Days off are either Friday night through Saturday or Saturday night through Sunday. Drivers should be prepared for an active delivery schedule. There are 10 openings.
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL.
- At least 3 months of truck driving experience.
- Ability to hand-unload trailers using rollers.
- Ability to complete multiple stops per load.
- Safe and secure truck parking if taking equipment home.
- SAP drivers are not accepted.
