About The Position
This is a local, dedicated driving position based near Punta Gorda, Florida. Drivers operate two runs per day on a home-daily route and earn average weekly pay of $1,300 or more. Compensation includes $0.43 to $0.51 plus, $30 for loads under 90 miles, and $15 per stop. Drivers share trucks; trucks are not individually assigned. The schedule is Thursday through Monday or Friday through Tuesday, and weekends are not guaranteed off. Driving is at night. This is a W-2 position with full benefits. The company provides expedited freight transportation and shipping and delivery services for critical loads throughout the continental United States. Requirements
- Have at least 6 months of Class A driving experience within the last 3 years.
- Live within 45 miles of Punta Gorda.
- Accidents, violations, and criminal history are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
