About The Position

Service Transport Company, a member of the Trimac family of companies, transports bulk liquids and chemicals across North America. The CDL-A Company Driver hauls non-hazardous and hazardous loads, with pickup points in Augusta, Georgia; Savannah, Georgia; and Martin, South Carolina, and delivery points across 48 states. Routes are dedicated out-and-back trips with no backhauls. Drivers are typically out for 1–3 days and home for 2–3 days, with additional home time as drivers return home with each load. New lanes into Jacksonville, Florida, are coming soon. Pay is based on paid mileage: $0.62–$0.67 per loaded mile and $0.60 per empty mile, with weekly direct deposit. The posting also cites a $1,600–$2,000 weekly gross average, a pay range of $1,500–$1,700 per week, and $200 per day in training pay. Paid orientation training is provided. Requirements

Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License.
At least 1 year of verifiable tractor-trailer experience.
Tanker and Hazmat endorsements.
TWIC card.
Pass the Trimac safety assessment.
No driving violation involving consumption of illegal or intoxicating substances, preventable rollover, or fatality crash in the past 7 years.
No license suspensions involving drugs or alcohol, or record indicating disregard for public safety, in the past 3 years.
No major preventable accident in the past 3 years.
No two or more moving convictions in the past 3 years.
