About The Position

We are a small family oriented company looking for dedicated and honest drivers. We offer competitive pay, sign on bonus after 90days, referral bonus of any additional drivers and monthly performance bonuses. We are flexible with scheduling and understanding of hometime/being with family. If a driver prefers not to run in certain states/area we try our best to accommodate them so they are most comfortable. We offer 24/7 dispatch, roadside assistance and truck is equipped with GPS, CV Radio and microwave. We allow pets to ride and keep the truck stocked with Lysol and disinfectant wipes. This is a Power Only Freight job for a Company Driver (W2, Solo) in Dry Van OTR. The average weekly pay is $1,500 - $2,000 for an average of 2,750 - 3,250 miles per week. There is a $2,500 sign on bonus. This is a Line Haul position with no driver load/unload. Drivers are expected to be out 5 - 7 days and can stay out longer if desired. Drivers get 2 days of home time for every 6 days worked and will be home at least 2 weekends per month. The freight is 100% drop and hook. Pets are allowed, but riders are not. The fleet size is 3 trucks, and semi-trucks are governed at 70 mph. Most trucks are automatic. Drivers cannot take the truck home. The company uses Peterbilts and Kenworths.
