About The Position

We are seeking an Over-the-Road (OTR) Dry Van Driver with a CDL-A license. This position offers a starting pay of $0.80 CPM, with an average of 3,000–4,000 miles driven per week. The freight is no-touch dry van, and routes cover the Lower 48 states. Drivers will receive weekly direct deposit and are considered 1099 independent contractors. The equipment consists of 2022–2027 automatic trucks from manufacturers like International, Freightliner, Volvo, Peterbilt, and Kenworth. Most equipment includes a refrigerator, inverter, APU, and bunk heater. We provide 24/7 dispatch support, detention and layover pay, extra-stop and lumper assistance, cash advance options, referral bonuses, and pay for both loaded and empty miles.

Requirements

• CDL-A license.
• Qualifying driving experience.
• Must meet safety and insurance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Drive OTR routes covering the Lower 48 states.
• Handle no-touch dry van freight.
• Maintain communication with 24/7 dispatch.
• Utilize provided equipment including refrigerators, inverters, APUs, and bunk heaters.
